Geography brings together a number of important skills, and is useful for any career which involves maps, data, decision-making and knowledge of the environment. AS Geography investigates physical environments, which include climate change, tectonics and hydrology, and human environments, which include population and settlement change. A2 takes an enquiry approach to contemporary themes and research in both physical and human Geography. It also covers sustainability in decision-making through the themes of food, water, energy and cities.

Entry Requirements

+ Six GCSEs at Grade C or above to include GCSE English Language at Grade C and GCSE Maths at Grade C
+ Not essential to have taken GCSE Geography, but GCSE at Grade C if taken.
