Election time is here and we have a great list of Candidates. We will be adding information about how and when to vote in the next few days, but for now read up on their campaign...

 

Laura Thomas and Peter Bush are two of this year's candidates for the Student Union Vice President

 

Laura Thomas Vice President applicant
Hello there! My name is Laura Thomas and I am a candidate for the position of Vice President! I’m known for being a fun-loving, optimistic student and I try my best to bring a smile to everyone’s face! I play an active role in college life, and I am currently the President of the charity organisation, Interact. Always confident and enthusiastic- I look for the best in everyone and everything! If you were to select me as your VP, I would be more than happy to help you with any difficulties you may have! I understand that it is hard to talk to staff members on times, and this is why I am here- to help and support you crazy students! (I don’t bite, so don’t be shy to come and find me!) I share a lot of ideas with senior staff members to try and make our working environment a fun, enjoyable place to be! I care about the college a lot, but most importantly, I care about the people who are in it- YOU! So please vote for me, and I can guarantee fun and laughter everyday, whilst offering a helping hand to anybody who needs it! Thank you for reading, and also, good luck to Peter, the other candidate! Peter Bush Vice President applicant
Hello my name is Peter Bush and I believe I would make a suitable candidate for the post of Student Union Vice President, because I can be very fair and take the views of a number of students on board, and make sure that what is required by students is put across to the personnel that can implement these changes and improvements for all levels of students. I have had a lot of experience at organising events and functions and would look forward to organising social events for the students. I would be privileged to take on this position and work hard to promote the college, students and life here at Neath Port Talbot College.
